Description

Tranexamic acid, a synthetic derivative of lysine, is a hemostatic agent commonly used in clinical practice, which plays a hemostatic effect by inhibiting the dissolution of fibrin. Trantranic acid strongly adsorbed to the lysine-binding sites (LBChemicalbookS) of fibrinolytic affinity sites on fibrinolytic enzyme and plasminogen, and inhibited the binding of fibrinolytic enzyme, plasminogen and fibrin, and thus inhibited the fibrinolytic decomposition caused by fibrinolytic enzyme.
